I would look forward to her heartfelt letters and cards (before the internet)in her neat handwriting. May her soul rest in peace 🙏

Aunty Alda's warm and welcoming voice will always echo in my head. During my time in London (and even after), she always treated me like one of the family; and I will continue to cherish that. Her smile and chirpy attitude will be fondly remembered.

Alda was the kindest soul..I remember looking forward to her visits as a child n later an adult not because of the gifts she always carried no matter what but because of the calmness and love she carried with her.
